Cupra Born V2 59kwh full Electric Automatic

I teach in a 2024 Cupra Born V2 all electric vehicle with an automatic gearbox.

With climate change being a major issue I decided to change to an all electric in 2022 and bought a Nissan Leaf. Having driven one and experienced the smoothness and quietness of the drive it was a no brainer that when it was replaced it had to be with another electric car. The Born V2 is fitted with many of the latest safety features and technology along with features such as a heads up display to help keep those eyes on the road  .

ECO-FRIENDLY LEARNING  : The Born V2 provides my pupils with a unique and eco-friendly driving experience as unlike traditional fossil fuel powered vehicles it produces ZERO emissions. This helps contribute to a cleaner air and a healthier environment. Choosing to learn in an electric vehicle can help reduce your carbon footprint whilst gaining valuable driving skills.

SMOOTH ACCELERATION : With an electric powertrain the Born V2 provides a seemless and smooth drive. This is of benefit to novice drivers who are learning the art of accelerating smoothly .

REGENERATIVE BRAKING : When the driver applies the brakes, the electric motor acts as a generator, converting kinetic energy into electric that can be sent back to the battery. This helps extend the range and helps the pupil develop an eco-friendly driving style.

ADVANCED SAFETY FEATURES : The car has a range of safety features helping enhance the experience. These help the Born achieve a 5 STAR n-cap safety score. They include, Emergency Braking, Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist as well as ABS and other safety features. These help create a secure and safer environment in which to drive. The car also features a Heads Up display which means that pupils can focus their eyes ahead instead of having to keep looking down at the dash. All of these help the pupil focus on building their driving skills , re-assured of the vehicles safety features.

RANGE : This is often the focus of much debate as to the usefulness and practicality of EV's. The BORN has a 59kw battery and is capable of achieving up to 260 miles on a single charge providing enough mileage to last a whole day of instruction by a fairly sizeable margin.
